Clean the glass surface and spray water on the glass.
Remove the film and spray water on the glue face, this will causes the glue surface to temporarily lose its stickiness.
Cover the glue face on the water-sprayed glass and adjust it position.
Remove the water between the glue face and the glass with a scraper, first up and down, then side to side, let dry for half an hour.
Step 1: First, cut the product to fit the size of your aquarium. Measure carefully with a ruler, draw horizontal and vertical lines, and then cut it out with scissors.
Step 2: Peel off the protective film from the back. Use a spray bottle to spray a lot of water on both the film and the aquarium surface, then apply the film to the aquarium (you can use a lot of clean water or a small amount of dish soap solution).
Step 3: Push all the bubbles towards the edges, observing the front side, and continue to scrape until it is clean and smooth.
Tips for Removing the Bottom Film:
Use your fingernail to lift the four corners and peel off the bottom film.
Use two pieces of strong adhesive tape (double-sided tape) to stick to the front and back sides. Then, hold the two pieces of tape and pull them apart; the bottom film will separate, making it easier to remove.
Cut a small slit with scissors, but donβt cut all the way through. This will help you find and peel off the bottom film more easily.
For adhesive-backed versions, peel off the bottom film, press down on the four corners to prevent them from sticking together, then spray the film and the glass surface with water. Apply the film, remove the bubbles, and smooth it out. It is recommended to have two people assist with this process.
